Research programs and grants
Thanks to the generous donations of the Australian community, Asthma Australia is able to offer research grants and scholarships for 2013 totalling nearly $500 000.
Foudantions have funded research since 1964; 2012 is the first year in which Foundation funds have been combined to offer a greater pool of funds and to select grant recipients based on a national merit selection process.
Scholarship applications for PhD studies to commence in 2013 have now been announced and applications are due 14 November 2012.
